Book Blogger Hop (2)

The Book Blogger Hop is hosted by crazy-for-books and is great for checking out new blogs and seeing what is up in the book blogging world. 

This Week's Question:

 Who is your favorite new-to-you author so far this year?

This is a hard one because there is two that I was introduced to this year that both write amazing books. I think I'll just talk about both. First there is Maggie Stiefvater. I got Shiver from a book club me and my friends have and I fell in love. Then about a month late, luckily for me, Linger came out and I fell in love again. Her writing draws you in and the guy characters she writes, wow. Secondly there is Holly Black. I had heard such wonderful things about White Cat and when I got it, I dropped the book I was reading for school and sat down and read it. I was not dissapointed. There is so much suspense and the idea of the book is so great and you wonder how someone can come up with it.
